Veterans Day aboard the USS Orleck

Join us November 11 as we recognize and thank our veterans.
The historic USS Orleck will be open for tours from 10am to 3pm with a special tour rate of $8.86.
🌭 Food & Parade
A hot dog cart will be on site starting at 11am, just before the parade begins.
Arrive early — Bay Street will close for the parade!
📻 Live Broadcast
The Orleck Amateur Radio Society (OARS) will be broadcasting from Radio Central for Navy Days. Guest of the Orleck will be able to visit Radio Central to see amateur operators in action from 10:00am until 3:00pm on Veterans Day and on Wednesday during normal museum hours.
Orleck Amateur Radio Society (OARS) will be on the air from the USS Orleck on frequencies 7.225 and 14.250 in celebration of Veterans Day, Birthday of the NAVY, Birthday of NAS Jacksonville, Birthday of Naval Station Mayport, Birthday of Master Jet Base-NAS Cecil Field, Birthday Of US Marines.
